Leeds depot continues the upward trend

Following another busy season, Leeds depot is continuing to enjoy a positive trading position and is at the frontline of the housing boom with repeat orders for portable marketing suites at the cornerstone of the company’s success.

Lee Dolman has joined the team as Business Development Manager, responsible for generating and converting sales enquiries and developing contracts. Lee is from outside the industry and previously worked in the security sector but is already getting to grips with the modular buildings industry.

Leeds office plays a pivotal role in the start-up and expansion of many local companies and dozens of single cabins provide the ideal environment for new businesses.

However, there are also increasing numbers of large contracts, including a five bay modular with utilities for an Irish firm’s construction project in Edinburgh.

A recent high profile contract for a ‘breakout’ room for one of the UK’s leading FMCG companies was one of the season’s highlights for the Leeds office team and with other business expansions underway they expect to remain busy throughout the coming season.

Becky Scholefield commented: “We have an excellent team in place to continue the exemplary service that we provide and we are all geared to furthering the business and increasing our momentum.”
