We are proud and delighted to share that we’ve been awarded Achieving Net Zero in a Project at this year’s MMC Awards, held at the Grand Hotel in Birmingham. This recognition highlights not only the innovation behind our new Sandycroft Head Office but also the shared effort and passion of our entire team in delivering something truly future-focused.

The Winning Project
Our new Head Office in Sandycroft was more than a relocation – it was an opportunity to practice what we preach. The building reflects our vision for the future: sustainable, efficient, modern, and people-focused. From energy-saving systems and low-carbon materials to thoughtful design that supports well-being and collaboration, this project demonstrates that modular buildings can deliver on both performance and purpose.
Building Towards Net Zero
This award is a huge milestone on our sustainability journey. We set out to create a workplace that would minimise its impact on the environment – and we’re proud to say we’ve achieved it. The building features energy-efficient lighting and heating, enhanced insulation, and a future-ready layout that supports adaptability and long-term use – all helping us move closer to Net Zero.
