Leeds Depot Delivers a Roaring Success…
Leeds depot has roared into the summer season with an impressive variety of projects – spanning glamping, education, retail, and the arts – while also welcoming new faces to the team and building strong momentum heading into autumn.
One of the standout highlights has been the return to Yorkshire Wildlife Park, where the ever-popular Camp Lion transforms into a high-end camping and touring destination with enviable views across the lion enclosure. Portable Offices once again delivered a sales office and breakout area for park staff, supporting the seasonal rush with comfort and efficiency.
Depot Manager, Becky Scholefield, explained:
“It’s always great to work with Yorkshire Wildlife Park again. We know the site well and it’s a project that reflects the versatility of our buildings and the reliability of our team.”
Supporting Businesses and Schools Alike
Earlier in the summer, the team undertook a complex office decant project for Innovative in Oldham, which required a 4×4 double stack office complete with a toilet block. Delivered against a tight deadline, the project was a huge success and further cemented Portable Offices’ reputation for efficient, problem-solving delivery.
“It wasn’t the easiest of installs,” said Becky, “but the team really pulled together to deliver a seamless solution.”

Elsewhere, the Leeds team installed four cabins for a local school, ensuring students had additional classroom space ready for the new term. Customer Account Manager Michelle led the project and received excellent feedback for her attentive management.
The depot also continued its partnership with a leading motor dealership, now supporting its third site with a modular showroom solution – part of the client’s wider refurbishment strategy. And in an exciting new chapter, Leeds secured a project with the prestigious Northern Ballet, expanding the depot’s footprint into the arts sector.
Signature Standards & Stronger Teams
Demand for the Signature Collection continues, with the Leeds depot contributing beautifully finished units and even distributing them to other depots to showcase what’s possible. These stylish, modern buildings remain popular across a variety of sectors – from education to retail to entertainment.
Behind the scenes, the Leeds depot has been bolstered by a trio of talented new starters:
- Harry Priestley joined as Senior Business Development Manager in July, bringing fresh energy from the cladding industry.
- Craig Fisher, now Foreman, officially came onboard in September after previously supporting the depot as a trusted sub-contractor.
- Matt Wheeler, the depot’s new Customer Account Manager, started earlier this month and is already settling in well.
Becky added:
“It’s fantastic to see our new team members making an immediate impact. Their energy and experience are already helping drive the business forward, and the rest of the team has done a brilliant job welcoming them.”
