Edu’s is a new restaurant near London Bridge serving contemporary Spanish food with a modern twist to London’s fast movers.

Increasing demand for snacks and meals resulted in the need for additional space for storage and food preparation.  Portable Offices rose to the challenge and provided a portable unit to be conveniently sited in the next street.

Owner and head chef, Eduardo Wansbrough, said: “With space in London at such a premium and with limited opportunity for expansion within our restaurant food hall location, the portable unit really saved our lives and enabled us to relocate our storage and food preparation area and so free up space within the restaurant.  Portable Offices provided us with superb service. The unit is perfect for our requirements.”
