A local company has developed new offices using reclaimed cabins

Portable Offices’ Bristol depot has used reclaimed cabins to develop state-of-the-art office accommodation for staff to demonstrate to potential customers how stylish, cost-efficient and eco-friendly refurbished portable buildings can be.

The refurbished purpose-built offices at Portable Offices’ Bristol hub provide an ideal opportunity to showcase the versatility of the product together with the latest interior design options available from the firm.

Produced from used and pre-loved  portable buildings which were carefully refurbished by Portable Offices, the re-designed offices and meeting space are now kitted out to demonstrate the latest state-of-the-art fixtures and fittings, wall and floor coverings synonymous with the latest cutting-edge portable buildings.

This marks the beginning of a new era for Portable Offices which will see the development and introduction of a new range of design options offered to clients as part of the service.

Manager of Bristol Office, Dennis Gay, commented: “Not only have we been provided with comfortable new offices produced from refurbished portable buildings but we now have an opportunity to showcase the latest building and fitting options in the marketplace and demonstrate just what can be achieved with what was formerly a redundant cabin or portable building.”

The depot has remained busy throughout the period of refurbishment with major contracts underway for schools and councils and one-off units to help business start-ups and expansions.

Managing Director, Adrian Witty commented: “The growing need and trend to recycle is resulting in a massive increase in the number of used or pre-loved portable building sales.  Our new units at Bristol depot showcase just how impressive a pre-loved building can be.

“Savings of 40-50% can be achieved on these units without any compromise on reliability and with a full warranty on a hire or purchase basis.

“I know many customers have been amazed at just how impressive, bright, warm and spacious used portable accommodation can be.  Our cedar clad option turns an otherwise utilitarian unit into something contemporary and very attractive that is equally at home in an urban or country environment.”
