Leeds Leads the Way…

Leeds depot is enjoying a period of unprecedented growth as the office takes on new, large contracts.

The office has just completed its largest contract to date, supplying a state of the art two storey modular building to a large energy solutions company based at Wakefield’s flagship Europort – a rail-connected warehousing and industrial estate located to the northeast of Wakefield.

The new building will provide a training facility for the company’s UK workforce. Alongside that, as part of the major contract, Leeds provided two large cabins for siting within the warehouse.

The depot also recently installed two modular buildings onto local schools – a classroom at Starbeck in Harrogate and admin offices at Lighthouse in Leeds.

Manager, Becky Scholefield commented: “The installation was quite a challenge, but we are accustomed to using a crane to lift our buildings into tight situations. The lovely cedar clad buildings are designed to complement the traditional characterful façade of the existing structures.”

A sales suite to the Aston Martin dealership in Leeds to be used as a reception, during refurbishment works,

Another motor dealership in Doncaster has taken several cabins to accommodate its workforce whilst refurbishment work is carried out.

Two further units have gone to Scotland for the SSPCA (Scottish Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).

DawsonGroup in Brighouse have moved to new warehouse and have hired a portable buildings complex for their offices.

Plus, we have provided a unit to a Wakefield nursery whilst they have some works carried out.

She said: “At the office, there is a new Customer Account Manager Sales, Aisha Muirhead, who joined us this spring.

“Aisha will respond to new and existing customers providing a professional first port of call and arranging quotations, logistics and operations.

“She has already secured several orders including cabins for a local shop fitting company whilst they are carrying out a large refurbishment project at the Copperworks in Leeds, and a sales suite to a high end house builder.  She has fitted in well and we’re excited about her future here.”
