Extra space needed for popular out of school club

St Gilbert’s runs a Breakfast Club and After Care facility for three to 11 year-olds at its OFSTED ‘Excellent’ rated school.

The club had occupied a classroom for several years, but the club’s increasing popularity combined with demands for the classroom, required the club to decamp to its own building.
Funds were raised to establish a purpose-built club within the school grounds.

School Business Manager, Bridget Darcy, was tasked with finding an appropriate building.
She said: “I conducted an internet search in the first instance and came across Portable Offices. I looked at the testimonials and made contact with the company and was pleased with how my enquiry was handled.

“I then followed up references with other clients and then placed my order for an appropriate building within our budget. This was for a large classroom area, two toilets with hand basins, a kitchenette for preparing snacks for the club pupils and all the fixtures and fittings.

“We had limited space and access but Portable Offices worked with us and squeezed the building onto the allocated site.
“We are very pleased with the end result – it is spacious, warm and inviting. The team did everything that they said they would, when they said they would do it. Excellent!”
