Sizzling Summer for Leeds

Leeds is continuing to enjoy a buoyant trading season with no respite from the buzzing order books.

The on-going demands of the busy gym franchise combined with repeat orders from house builders for marketing suites, means there is a continuous flow of business.

The depot’s revamp now provides an opportunity for customers to view the portable buildings and to see firsthand the options for fixtures and fittings.

Becky Scholfield commented: “We find growing numbers of customers are keen to visit us now. We also get more passing trade and drop-ins than we have ever experienced in the past.”

Like many other areas of the UK, Leeds is suffering from a lack of available schools places. At Oakworth Primary School near Skipton, the crisis came to a head and the school contacted Leeds depot to provide a double classroom to accommodate additional pupils.

In the office, Leeds has a new team member, Daisy Oates, who has joined as customer account manager and is already making a significant contribution to the business.

And, Lee Dolman, who joined the team last year as business development manager, has continued to generate sales from increasingly diverse sectors. Lee is also a keen athlete and competed in this year’s London Marathon and is already training for the Great North Run.

A recent high profile contract for a ‘breakout’ room for one of the UK’s leading FMCG companies was one of the 2016 season’s highlights for the Leeds office team and a few months later this led to an additional order for a six bay linked project office at the same site.
