New Nursery under construction
The Portable offices install team are currently on site installing a Brand new build 9 bay Modular building for a nursery building in Watford.
Requirements
The existing nursery already a very successful business in nearby Croxley Park needed 3 defined spaces for the children
- A Baby room
- Toddler room
- Pre-school room
The staff also needed
- Fully fitted kitchen
- Laundry room
- Reception Area
- Staff room
Further to the build/installation of this build our scope included the GI survey (geographic information), installation of foundations and ramps / steps
The full installation is of course fully building control compliant with the local council.
Needed…….. like yesterday
At portable offices we always try and accommodate any requests and on this installation we were asked if we could fast track the original programme. We pulled out all the stops in the factory build and added extra resource.
To get the modular on site and built up we pulled out all the stops and worked all weekend on site to bring the project to life.
The build continues over the next two weeks and we will bring you updates to the progress of this Nursery space.
