Portable Offices’ Bristol hub is continuing to enjoy a successful trading climate and has expanded its team to optimise its business opportunities with the introduction of a new Customer Accounts Manager.

Kate Kirk is supporting Val Bratton and Dennis Gay in the sales and administration side of the business taking a ‘hands on’ role in the business development aspect of the business from monitoring local planning applications to approaching potential businesses and assisting with incoming enquiries and co-ordinating the estimates and production process.

Manager, Dennis Gay, commented: “Kate has made a significant contribution from day one.  She has an instinctive approach to business development and has a solid platform of sales expertise.”

Kate cut her teeth in the competitive hotel events management arena and her sales and marketing experience is providing a cornerstone for her new role. She said: “There is a great deal to learn about the portable accommodation market but I am really enjoying the new challenge and love being an integral part of the Bristol team.”

Bristol operation is continuing to make in-roads into the education, local authority, building and motoring sectors and is continuing to benefit from the upturn in the economy, with considerable interest being converted into a steady order book.

Dennis commented: “We have been busy from the outset on both sales and hire business. Our product refurbishment side of the business is generating a great deal of repeat business.”
