All Systems Go at Sandycroft
Over the past year, Sandycroft has responded to the pandemic challenge by providing units for NHS Covid-19 drive through testing and treatment facilities and for businesses looking to provide increased facilities to enable social distancing precautions in the workplace.
More recently the depot has joined the Portable Offices’ national effort in providing units for vaccination centres.
Despite the heavy workload, Portable Offices has continued to keep pace with demand and has recently experienced a high volume of orders from new business start-ups and from businesses looking to expand.
So great is the demand, that Sandycroft has recruited a new team member, Laura Mackay, as Customer Account Manager, Operations who joined the well-established team at the Chester office before Christmas.
Operations Manager, Jemma Wilson, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Laura and are looking forward to the day when our full complement of staff will be re-joining us in the office. At present, we are running with a limited office team to ensure maximum social distancing and with other staff working from home. The yard is at full capacity and we are keeping pace with the busy order book.
“Everyone is putting in maximum effort to ensure our commitments to clients are met and we are getting some great reviews as a result.”
