The modular building whose previous function was as a modular classroom on a school site, was completely stripped and refurbished during the removal and installation process.

The function of the modular building was completely changed when the internal layout was redesigned and the building specification revised.  One benefit of using a modular or relocateable building is the ability to adapt its layout or function, this can be done for both sale or hire solutions.

What had previously acted as a building to accommodate academic studies is now a fully functioning office building incorporating offices, kitchen facilities, toilets, showers and meeting rooms.
