Specification for New Jack Leg Units - from April 2002

Jack Leg Mounted Mild steel telescopic jack legs comprising of square section, outer and inner legs, stacking and craneage plates are welded to the top of each leg
External Finish Plastisol P.V.C. coating with textured leather grain finish applied to a galvanised substrate.  This material, in normal environments, has a life expectancy of up to 40 years, with only occasional washing down.
Roof Single piece marleydeck roofing system (Agreement certificate 86/1758) bonded to 9mm plywood deck fixed timber joists at 400 centres, roof falls to each side, 80mm fibreglass insulation is fitted in roof void, 9mm vinyl faced plasterboard, ceiling linings. 
Walls Plastisol P.V.C. coated galvanised steel bonded to 44mm density grade polystyrene core with an internal lining of 4mm white plywood.  All sizes 9.6m x 3.0m and over have interior plasterboard to give ½ hour fire-rating.
Floor Heavy-duty vinyl sheet floor bonded to 18mm moisture resistant chipboard fixed to 'vac-vac' treated timber joists at 400mm centres.  The underside of the floor is under-drawn with 25mm fibreglass with waterproof membrane.   The floor perimeter has a 4mm steel channel section to accept the joists.
Windows 914 x 1067 single glazed windows c/w anodised frames, top opening vents.
Doors External door size 896 x 2010 faced both sides with plastisol steel.  Doors are fitted to steel  frame and have a draught proofing strip.  Each door is fitted with mortice lock complete with 2 keys and SAA door furniture.
Electrics Lighting is provided by 1500 fluorescent lights, 13 amp switched sockets are all wired to mains consumer unit fitted with MCB's and RCD Protection concealed in P.V.C. surface trunking, all to I.E.E. Regulations.
